Default Getting Close Or Give Up!

I will soon run an add on television that wraps around sell your home in 90 days or I will make the payment. Is this site pointing in that direction? Your thoughts?

I like the plan, Infact to need to adjust what i do. I think that it would be great to be able to sell listings fast

But one thing i would do is adjust the Font so it kinda matches. The size and colors also

Hey Robert,

You should throw your site in a signature, rather than post it every time.

Why do your navigation links have the "nofollow" attribute?

As far as the slogan goes I like it. I am seeing many brokers in my area advertising if they can't sell in 120 days they will buy the house. But it you ask me, I always thought that was unethical. They may be inclined to sit on the listings and use it as leverage to negoitate down the price for themselves, rather than offer ways to improve the house to get it sold.

But on to the site. Is there a reason why the sites is framed? When the search engines attempt to index your site, there isn't anything there for them to work with code wise.

If that is your sales pitch, "Sold in 90 days ...." then make it stand out on your site.

The site has a lot of distracting stuff on it, banner flying in from left (even though relevant) pictures flipping on the right on the "listings player" take the focus of the visitor from your main point.

I don't particularly like the template of the site in general, the visitor (in my opinion) should know what the site is about on the first glance or they will leave, but maybe in your case they will be coming to yoursite knowing what to expect so in that case my comments are not valid
