I am starting to get some spam on my contact forms, I never had a problem before but now it is starting to come, Is there any way of preventing this without blocking the real leads?

Check a couple of threads down on "Coding a Submit Button on a Contact Form", we had a discussion there on different form scripts.
http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread15749.html I've used the formmail.cgi script I recommended (if you're on a unix/linux server) for years and it has generally been pretty resistant to spamming. Nothing's going to be foolproof, but there are some decent scripts available if you look around in the right places. |
