I don't know how many of you have seen his videos or heard of THE CHAD, but he definitely brings a fresh perspective on real estate. If you're feeling stuck in a rut, or want to think outside of the box, you might want to take a peek at his vids - yeah, he's a bit cheesy, but it can still inspire!

Basically, the 3 part video is about THE CHAD selling a home. He's not afraid to do what it takes - even if he comes across a bit silly. Just a good reminder that as agents we should always be thinking outside the box and coming up with new ways to stay memorable to the people we meet.

I find it inspiring that he is not afraid to get out there and meet people face to face and do what it takes to be memorable. I'm definitely not saying do the same thing, or be as silly, but take away from his stuff the idea that it might actually be OKAY to act a bit silly or just plain human with potential clients (though to what level you take it is all you). Not all clients want a robot of an agent, they want a human being!

I may not work with The Chad straight off without sitting with him and really getting to know what he's all about, but I will tell you one thing: I WOULD REMEMBER HIM. (And he looks like he's working pretty hard too).

With so many agents out there right now, you HAVE to make sure people remember you.

Don't take it (the vids) too seriously folks. Take them for what they're worth and maybe use it to come up with some ideas on how to shake things up a bit on your end.
