I redid my website. I was with Loans Interactive and didn't like them that much and switched over to my Point2Agent site. What do you guys think? Yes its a template, but I've customized a bunch of the content and am still working on adding more original content (that helps with SEO right?)

Please post future reviews in the website reviews section, I will move this one. Also we have a rule for reviews, before you ask for a review, you have to give feedback to someone else asking for a review.

I hated the flash. Most other people said they did too.

Liane -
IMO, the organization of the left nav needs some work. Right now, I look @ it & feel like I don't want to spend the time running through it to find what I want. On an anchored nav, I think it's important to prioritize & consolidate. For instance, "Common Selling Mistakes" could easily be subcategorized under "For Sellers." IMO, go back & pick out 10 or less main buttons for the left nav & then subcategorize everything under those main buttons.

I agree with the other comments on too many main menu nav buttons. See my P2A site and home page (link in sig below) for one example of how they could be reorganized. Note the "Helpful Links" at the bottom of the right side pane, which is where I moved most of the secondary links. I also put the links to my many community specific home searches on the right side, instead of in the main nav area. I still have a few more main menu nav buttons than I would like, but if you look at some REW sites, they sometimes have a lot more, just better organized in multiple sections.
One of the biggest issues I see with most P2A sites is this: As you add your new content and modify the P2A template content, be sure to also get rid of all the standard P2A template stuff in the page titles and description tags, and customize the tags for each page according to its final contents. I generally delete everything in the keywords tags, and just let the SEs figure that out from the contents, but if you don't, then you will need to customize all of those as well. Until you get good interior page content, and links to the interior pages to build their PR, it is likely that the home page will be the only thing in Google's primary index, and everything else will be supplemental for at least a few months. Keep that in mind, and build at least some good content on the home page for the SEs in the short term.
