Hey guys, just wanted to share some good news! I'm sitting in an open house of mine and I get a phone call from a guy in Florida who somehow came across my site and is flying in to town Wednesday. He just took a job here and is moving as soon as he can find a house. Says he liked the site and wants to go looking with me! Woohoo!!

In my excitement of getting his information and details of his visit I forgot to ask him how he came upon my site, but I'll find out next time I speak to him.

Anyway, back to my boring open house!
