Default New BPO Company

We recently started a new BPO company and have several steady clients. Not paying someone promptly is unacceptable and its a complaint that we hear a lot. I have several questions.

1. Do you guys/gals receive the orders/forms already in PDF format?

2. How does the process work from start to finish?

3. What are some of your biggest complaints?

4. What could some of the BPO companies do to make your job easier?

5. What do agents typically get for a BPO (be honest)?

6. What should you/they get?
