The website doesn't offer as good prices as their catalog. So call them and ask for one. They have kits that send out postcards 1 a month for a year. They have recipies and home improvement styles that people may/will actually keep after they look at it.

You might want to ask your title rep. I know that mine pays for a lot of my advertising. I never pay for post cards or flyers, just the cost to ship it out, which is nothing.
