1) The domain name appears to be a clear violation of NAR rules on use of the Realtor trademark in internet domain names. You need to get a non-violating domain name.
2) The dark blue email address link in the left side panel blends into the blue background. 3) Get a toll free 800 number. I get 3x more prospect phone calls now that I have one. 4) The Advanced Search page took 30-40 seconds to load completely, not just the first time, but every time. That needs to be improved. 5) I prefer a "Search for Homes" call to action. "Search MLS" or "Search the Multiple Listing Service" presumes that the user knows what those are, and not all do. Those terms could also be seen as deceiving, since the search is actually an IDX search, which is NOT the entire MLS. I don't know what your board's rules are, but some prohibit use of those terms on websites. 6) I do not recommend putting your email address in plain text, or in a mailto link, on a website. It just begs for scrapers that will harvest it and sell it to spammers. Use of a "contact me" form is better. Otherwise, not bad. The basic components seem to be well organized and simple. I am personally partial to blue, and it may be good for the Realty Executives brand and logo compatibility, but I wouldn't use it just for that reason.

Your homepage links also link to index.htm, they should all be consistent and link to root: Recommend using Home as the link to the main page.

I think Ronnie covered everything but I want to reiterate the domain name. Do not spend time working on this domain name as NAR will find it and make you change it. Best to do it now, in the beginning, than to have to start from scratch down the road. The guidelines on the trademark use in domains can be found on realtor.org.

Southwest Chicago Suburbs Real Estate is an affordable area with close access to downtown Chicago. Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Next door you can find Tinley Park homes for sale and get Orland Park amenities at a more affordable price. |

The site looks good. I don't know what your situation is regarding server hosting but you should be able to secure another domain name and either change the DNS or move the site over if you have to secure hosting from another provider. Have your web developer look into it.

Great. I look forward to seeing it when it's moved over. Keep us posted.
