I have noticed that some members have nofollow'ed signature links while other have regular links, maybe I have overlooked something, but how does one achieve a regular links from their signatures ?

Once your post count reaches 300, the nofollow will be removed. Don't take this as an invitation to post like crazy though - just give it time.

So all the links that we build during our first 300 posts will all point to our sites once the nofollow is lifted or once it is lifted then any posts from that point will link back to the site on the sig?

The way how the forum works, that I have seen, is when it goes to check your signature, it compares your post number/group.

If your post count/group does not require nofollow, it doesn't put it. If it does, it does.

After I hit 300+ posts, none of my posts had the nofollow. Which is essentially your question, just trying to give you some understanding as I understand it

I think MSN and Yahoo (someone correct me if I'm wrong) ignore the no-follow tag, so they already see your posts as links. I think its only G that uses the no-follow. (?)

Google, Yahoo, and MSN all support the no-follow directive to some extent. Ask is the one that doesn't support it at all.

Supposedly, Google won't follow the link at all, Yahoo will follow it but no credit is attributed, I'm not sure what MSN does...
