ok that is cool, though it show that the post is worth 393 points. Is there much if any SEO benifit to it, meaning I have 3 links in the blog, back at myself and my stuff.

Thanks Borino, Oh and by the way I have been trying to do expireds lately but there just have not really been any for the past few months, the market has been ice cold but lately everything in the area that expires gets relisted with the 1st listing agent same day.

There's not much SEO benefit, I wouldn't imagine, except maybe a fleeting boost. On the other hand, it means someone liked your ideas / writing, and that's always nice on a human level, even if from a business perspective you can't take it to the bank. So it's either, "gee look at that, how nice" or "crap, that and 25 cents will get me a cup of coffee" depending on how optimistic / charitable towards AR you are that day.

Having a featured post on Activerain has more benefits from thousands of REALTORS that read the post which equals referrals. I don't know about anybody else, but referrals are our bread and butter and we treat them like platinum. I particularly like the fact that you exposed another lead generation company feeding off of REALTORS. If REALTORS spent that time and money networking and learning how to ask their clients for referrals, there would be ZERO need to pay for leads.

My wife Michelle is a Brian Buffini Mentor.. if you have the opportunity, invest in the program, you won't care about SEO benefits, buying leads, Zillow or Trulia. People use real estate agents because it's a highly personable business...
