Hey Its Ryan Loofboro, Im here in League City Tx available for referrals.. I have been selling real estate for 5 years sucessfully in the Clear Lake, Friendswood and League City areas. I am happy to pay 25% for a decent lead of 125,000 or more..

Your lead is working out just fine... we are in communication and I have her on client gateway to begin her search in the north west houston area and also cypress texas area. We are waiting for a solid contract on her home to take the next step here. Thanks for the lead. Will you send me a referral form. I'll be happy to pay out the 25%

Hey Ryan... I wanted to give you an update with your last referral (restraunt manager). Still waiting for their property to sale out of state. I've emailed 2 times to stay in touch with no reply and called once and left a vm. I'll keep trying and keep you in the loop.

Latest update... I've tried email and 2 more voice messages with no reply. Last I heard she was waiting for her home to sell before relocating. If you happen to hear from her, let her know I've tried to contact her.

Hey Ryan I have a referral for you. This is a real nice couple that is looking to move into your area. Looking for a home around the 230's. I'll send you a referral form later, if you can go ahead and get started with them. They are wanting to view a few homes this week.
