Anyone have experience with Drupal? I looks like it has tremendous potential!

I consider myself pretty savvy with technology, and Drupal didn't excite me at all. It wasn't user-friendly to me.

I tried to install phpwebsite, but couldn't! At least I was able to get Drupal installed. But now, I'm confused about how actually build a site with it.

Drupal is a good CMS. Also take a look at Joomla. Here's a comparison:

Joomla for the win! Drupal is nice, but Joomla is better - 1.5 is sweet, maybe one day it will even get out of beta.
