I was reading a artical in Money Mag and came up with this idea for a blog.

New Jersey Real Estate markets Rebound,


Wondering what everyone else thinks of it and how to make it more powerful to the civilian reader of it.

I plan to do it on a continuing basis, and create graphs as enough data becomes availible. Please though, would love to here your thoughts.

I publish articles and catch my own spelling errors all the time. Glad to see I'm not alone, lol. Jim check out 'summary' and 'article', those are 2 errors I noticed. Oh, and try to be consistent with your capitalization, sometimes you have 'Real Estate' and sometimes 'real estate'. Grammar nazis get upset when you do that.

I think it is great to post some stats, alot of people love that stuff... I do.

I think I will be a copy cat and do the same for my area!

You should probably add in the Absorbtion Rate!
