I was reading a article today on "YouTube: A Modern Take on Real Estate Technology". It explains that within the next little while video will be standard on real estate agents sites. Is anyone out there doing much with video?
I recently have started doing a news video called "The U.S. real estate report." It seems to be working quite well in attracting repeat visitors to my website. I have tried to share it with other agents without much success. At this point I would appreciate everyone taking a look at it and giving me feedback. I also produced a video on why agents would want video on their website. Its entitled "Capturing web visitors." Is anyone producing videos for websites in general, other than property tours? I look forward to your comments. Max

I am thinking of using some type of virtual tour type slide show to do mini-videos on neighborhoods in my area to include on some of the pages of my website. I would try to capture what the homes are like and any amenities in the community.
I guess you could also include these types of "neighborhood tours" in blogs as well.
