I am involved in this site and would appreciate your views good and bad.

We have been live about 6 months and have continually been trying to make improvements here and there, we are by no means the finished article yet.

We have great rankings in Yahoo and MSN but are struggling with Google for our keywords.

Please let me know your thoughts and any way we can improve.

Your site is nicely arranged.

I do feel it IS a big cluttered though. I think maybe having more text on the homepage, rather than listings would be a lot more attractive.

Hi Markz, Your site has a very nice layout. I think you have to many links pertaining to your advertising, I think you really need to focus on making your site more useful for the consumer, if someone is interested in advertising on your site they are going to find the link, I don't think it needs to be exploited everywhere I think this may turn off the consumer also, make it look more like a resource site rather than just a site to make you money with advertisers. Other than that I think the site is great.

Hey Markz,

First thing let me say that I find your site to be pretty good visually and usability wise, however I do have a few suggestions.

Colors, can you perhaps add a third color to "liven" it up a little bit? The orange and purple can be overwhelming.

Squareness, add some more curves. Too many points it needs more rounded edges.

In terms of SEO I looked through your code quickly and it seems you have SEO maximization down pat. I did notice that you could add a few <alt=""> and <title=""> tags to your links and images.

For Example:

<img src="images/icon_agent_panel.jpg" width="16" height="11" border="0" />

Add keywords in the alt and title tags to help SEO .

I like it. Very clean and easy to navigate.

I like that you have large photos. I will suggest that you start with smaller thumbnail and use the larger photos on the property page.

I think it's pretty good. I'd drop the 'property portal banner' below the featured properties though. This would let the property writeups ride higher in the content.

The properties are the most interesting thing on the page, but you have to scroll down to see them even at 1280x1024.
