In your opinion which would be the nations where a free real estate listing website could have a good success?

We want to set up twin websites of this one: www. cazar .it
We have tried in USA with www. houzar .com but with low success for several reasons.
Now we want to try with other nations, cause Cazar.it in Italy has having good success and relevant ad revenues.

Spain? France? GB?
