Hi,
This is my first post here so would appreciate any kind of advise regarding the purchase of a real estate software for managing my listings and contacts. Our database is growing rapidly and we desperately need a professional software to effectively manage it. I have done some searches online and am seriously thinking of purchasing Jade property suite. Anyone here uses that? A little pricey ($429 per PC) but the interface is user friendly and it's simple enough to use. Hope to hear some reviews before I make that payment! Thanks in advance.

I just posted something similar before you.
Well, I was using a lot of commercial and open source scripts. http://www.interactivetools.com/products/realtymanager/ They have very nice real estate listing manager, easy to configure. This types of scripts suites you if you want to keep your database on web server, or local server. http://www.landshop.gr/ has free soulution for multilanguage sites. Open realty also has very nice free solutions, you can check UK version http://demo.open-realty.co.uk/open-realty_uk/ or US original development http://www.open-realty.org/ You will need a web master to install and configure all these scripts. Then again, buying a commercial script or software also is an solution, it has to go trough configuration anyway, you wouldnt like to have design as dosens other web sites. You can contact me, I can do all the job for you. Jade is good also as you can publish to web folder. Milos Korac |
