Greetings All!!

Hey i'm working on trying to put together a site for myself getting away from O-R.

My question is this -------

is there a way to click a link and change 2 frames at once? My goal is to click on a menu link and have the main frame change, and the menu frame change at the same time.

Any insight would be helpful!!
