Ain't it the truth...LOL

Can you believe some of the crap they squabble about...it's a riot
Scary thing is that people actually follow that advice and then blame everyone they can think of for their websites being crap in the serps

I got an offline email from that one guy telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about that he has 37 domains redirected to the same site and he does well for some silly term that mets him 3 inquiries a month...haha

You know before I got my real estate license all I did was sell websites & Internet traffic but that was getting boring anyway, I wanted a long term career. I read everything that the mr Internets and e-pros of real estate said ..... and thought man talk about the BLIND leading the BLIND.

I just really started my real estate career I showed my first home last weekend it was 430k they were a little too late on the offer by the time they made up there mind it was already under contract but whoo hooo that was exciting. It is great working with out of state buyers because you have a time limit.

I wasted the months of leads I had saved up ( yea you need to contact them a little sooner )

I have a little group of 10 realtors that I just started referring people ( I e-mail them almost immediately with the info) so I think in a year from now I should be doing pretty good.

I really think I could turn around the whole realtor.com issue. I just need to think about "if" that is something that I really want to get involved in. Of course I don't come cheap and I would pretty much fire everyone that's there. But most importantly someone would have to ask me to do the job..lol

You need some new jack city cops to take down some new jack city gansters -- I think that was the line

I actually liked it better than I thought I would.
Even though I didn't make a sale I learned so much in that couple of days. Now I want more!

I couldn't believe ( well at least in that situation) that I could have made 12k for under 40 hours of work time.

I was getting tired of being infront of the computer 10,12 or more hours, 7 days a week. I have held a couple of sales & marketing realated jobs and I was a marketing major at ASU and before marketing I was a drama major so it all kinda flows together.

It was a positive experience as a whole.

I was first licensed in 1994 but thought I could make more money selling websites to realtors ..lol I went full circle
