One of the Realtors was messing around, and told me about it. Apparently also adding the word 'incentives' also has us pop up.

Some examples :

Aubin Court - 4 (apparently our Craigslist posting for it is 5th)
bermuda dunes incentives - 4
houston preconstruction - 9

etc

Apparently changing title tags, and the link juice I have is working. I'm really proud of the 'houston preconstruction' one.

For barely having any time for SEO, I'm happy with my results.

I wish I could... but in my 40 hour work week, I work on a real estate site, a financing site, a dry cleaning site... that's in between being an office assistant, working with like ten banks... and dealing with the clients!

I'm lucky to get a few hours in a week of SEO on the real estate site lol
