Hi, I just want to find out if somebody will be willing to buy my homes in Jacksonville Florida area. Brand new homes and nobody lived in them yet.

I do not have money to pay for them any more, but I don't want to go to forclosure also.

You might want to ask the bank to help you out via a short sale. I'm assuming you owe more on them than what they are worth?

I owe less then they are cost.

What he is saying is that price cures all.

Sell them low enough to get an offer and carry that to the bank and ask them to take whatever the best offer is that you can get as a settlement for the loan. This will probably be a short sale because it will probably be short of what is owed.

It gets you out of the loans w/o foreclosure.

Sounds like you just want to get out from under them. If you owe less than they are worth, figure out what the bottom line is for you to break even and try and get them sold for that price. You have probably already done this, but it seems like the logical thing to do.

For your market, go to google and take a look at the first page for City Real Estate, city being your town name. The Realtors you find on that first page are likely the most savvy in your area, interview them, tell them your true honest situation, and get their recommendations.
