Default Unfinished house

Just trying to find some information on how to sell or the best way to sell a house that has not been completed. It is all new construction.
Has the septic in, well drilled. Needs the wiring and power brought in.
The house is ready for everything to be finished. Roof, shingles windows doors are in.
I was thinking of finding a contractor to buy it and finish it out.
Not sure if anyone could get a loan as it is construction in progress.
Located in Tn
Thanks for any advise or info on where I could try to figure out pricing.

Easiest way to figure out pricing, is interview a few real estate agents for listing the property.

Alternatively, you could try to back out what the "value" is:
What did you pay for the land?
How much do you have in time/materials?

After you get that total, (and depending on your market conditions, & how quickly you want to sell it), you will likely have to discount it quite a bit to provide a "value" to a potential buyer to get it to sell.

Brenejoe,

Getting a loan because construction has already started should not be an issue for a buyer. Welcome to REW.

You might want to call a local Realtor. They can help you with pricing. There are construction loans in our neck of the woods and probably are in yours as well. If you post where you are in Tennessee there are probably agents on this board that can give you some assistance!

Welcome - I would look for a good local Realtor, probably by starting wth Google or the search engine of your choice.

Thank you all for answering.
The house is in cumberland cove, Monterey Tn
My husband has built the house, he has been a builder for over 30years.
Very well constructed and has so much potential almost 3 acres of wooded land.
There is also a small cabin on the property that we built.
We started the house last June.
