Withdrawn temp
We accepted an offer on our house last night (70 days on the market - phew) and today, the listing is showing up as withdrawn temp. I got my realtors voice mail and left a message, but I was wondering if anyone knows why it is like that? Is that unusual?

Sounds like a type-o mistake.
In our area, listings that get contracts on them move to "pending" status. Withdrawn = no longer listed.

Sounds unusual, but maybe the custom is different there. Let us know what your agent says.

First off congrats on the offer! Second, the reason it was labeled "Withdrawn Temp" is because of the local MLS board cracking the whip on listings that aren't being filled out correctly. The agent co-op fee was being consistently filled out incorrectly and as of yesterday they changed all non-conforming listings from "Active" to "Withdrawn Temp" until the agent corrects the co-op fee field. But, I see yours has already been corrected!
