convert BPO to a listing..
Is it common to get the listing for a BPO you did? Looking to do my first one and would love for it to be my listing, is there a procedure after the BPO to get it or is it case by case/ company by company. Thanks, John.

I was wondering - is a BPO simply a broker's opinion of value (our term here in Texas)? I have done a few of these over the years, and several turned into listings for us. Maybe a BPO is specific to banks?

BPO = broker price opinion, so yea, same thing.

Do you see a lot of BPOs where you are? I have been doing this for almost 11 years, and I have only done a handful. One was for our church, and another was for a friend/past client who was considering refinancing. Is there a good source for these?

I've done 150 this year so far, had 2 reo listings. One of the companies that gave me a REO listing was not from doing BPOs , but the good ol fashioned means of calling and networking

20something ... who do find is the best source to go to for networking? Are you calling the banks and speaking with Asset Mgrs? Do they want to know your qualifications or anything like that first?
