I pay for Top Producer every month but I haven't used it much.

I have Top Producer 7i and I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that it has this capability. I'm really not familiar with all of it's features. Sorry.

Not that I remember, but I did pay a one-time fee of approx. $150 to be able to pull data from the local MLS.

Sounds like a lot of agents get Top Producer and very few use it much.

Does anyone use "ACT"? It might just do the job for contact management and follow up for you all.. I dont think it has drip email but it might in newer versions.
