By way of introduction, I've been the Top Real Estate agent in my state for several years, and have invested $100,000+ in internet marketing annually for several years.

Currently, I'm looking to hire an SEO expert(s) with a PROVEN TRACK RECORD to assist me with some projects. In the past, I've handled SEO myself...but technology has come a long way beyond my skills I fear and it's time to bring in a specialist.

You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in an competitive keyword environment not inclusive of any PPC Models. This competitive keyword environment should be geographic in nature, and statewide, using only TWO or THREE words. In other words, I could easily get top position with the keyword "John Scarzinki Tampa Real Estate Listings." Getting top position for "Tampa Real Estate" is much more of a challenge.

Compensation will be substantial predicated on achieving results.

Personally, I would have to recommend Real Estate Optimization. Not only do they specialize in SEO for Real Estate websites but they have a proven track record and they are a great bunch of guys.

Hmmm would have to be substantial at the start to ..lol

On a slow day I get about 1 million dollars in inquires on my best day I can get 7 million+
