Google PR Foolbar
After using G's PR foolbar for multiple years, I think that I am done using it as a tool to track the success of each page on my site. Has anyone been able to derive any new ways to use this seemingly useless tool? Has G analytics become the best tool?

I didn't use tools like Google toolbar or Yahoo toolbar, especially when for Google Page Rank we have great websites like prchecker.info

I suppose my real question was what information are we gleaning from our PR according to Google and how is it guiding our SEO efforts?

I wouldn't say zero from the toolbar. Every time there's an update, it's nice to see how your internal pages are doing. However, Google Webmaster tools are much better for this.

That website is the exact same thing, it queries the toolbar checksum and thus is equally as useless.
