Default New Brokerage - Practical Staffing Question

I was curious to find out how 'startup' or small brokerage firms handle staffing for their listings / open houses. For instance, if you have more listings and open houses then you have agents to staff them, how do you manage this situation?

Please let me know what ideas or solutions others have utilized besides:
- "rotating' listings for open houses,
- quickly staffing up with new agents

Default Re: New Brokerage - Practical Staffing Question

One of the top guys in our area offers them to outside agents via email. I guess he has a group of established agents that he allows to hold his listings open.
