I like how according to the persons they interview that "saved $26,000", the only thing they missed out on by not having representation from a REALTOR was:
"print off some flyers"
"held an open house"

I don't see any advantage of going with Redfin when you can go straight to the listing agent. I guess they can help you negotiate better than on your own, but they will only appeal to a minority of the market.
