Why are these searches so different
on google http://www.google.com/search?q=fort%...texas&oe=UTF-8 http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...as+real+estate The keyword should be the same, but one i am the fourth or so down and the other i am on the second page The first keyword is fort worth real estate texas the second keyword is fort worth texas real estate

That almost looks like a query performed from a google browser plugin. If I'm not mistaken, that is how the folks at Mozilla make a good chunk of change. When you do a search through their search tool and click on the sponsored result, they make money. No clue why the results would be different though.

I see you have the same problem I do with Homegain, Realtor.com, City-data, and others competing for local search queries. I can understand if there were a lack of local results, but in your search that's not the case.
G really needs to let these sites compete for general queries 'state real estate' or 'real estate' and devalue them for 'city state community real estate'. C'mon Google, give the locals a break. ![]() (sorry to make a post off-topic, I just noticed that in the searches you posted)
