So when do I get paid? lol.

New home, escrow is 3 hours away. When do they mail the check? Is it after loan is funded, or after deed is recorded?

In my market (Houston, TX), you will get your commission check when the escrow has been dispersed (funded). The funder at the title company should then have a check ready for you which you can go pick up, or like I request, have it sent to my office to save a trip.
