Need to sell my liquor shop Online. Please Help.
I want to sell my liquor store with inventory, furniture and everything through Internet. I am bit new to this field. Please suggest me where I can advertise my property and get favorable response. All advices and tips are welcome. Thanks!

There are many sites to list your business "for sale by owner." Run a Google search & you'll find plenty. Be sure & use Craigslist.

Check out loopnet.com - I know they just added a feature to list turn-key businesses for sale. Also, I've heard of quite a few people marketing themselves as "business brokers" now. You might want to talk w/ a few & see what they can do for you.

I used to search for businesses for sale . . . the website I stayed on . . . was . . . http://www.businessesforsale.com/
I wonder, though, why you are not listing it in the local MLS system, under business for sale. When I joined, my MLS told me that I could have "free" commercial listings if I wanted. A lot of people I know said, "its not worth the time" but I took them up on their offer just the same. In case I run into a business for sale . . . I am at least already listed. The MLS folk told me if i added it later, I would have to pay for it later.

He doesn't have it listed because this is a spam post. I received the exact same post on my forum and "wilson_Flagg" responds with a link back to their site or the site that is paying them to place links throughout the real estate communities.
