Hello to all,

I work and live in Germany. And I would like to sell my apartment (80 sm) in Frankfurt am Main.

As I have never sold real estate before, I am a complete beginner and totally unexperienced. I just know quite a lot about the German real estate market, in particular where to insert real estate (which newspapers and which websites) and the "to dos" and "not to dos" when dealing with German real estate brokers and to estimate their seriousness.

As my apartment is in the very best part of town, I also would like to address my offer to international prospective buyers (Asia, American, Russian etc.) But I really dont know how to do this (which newspapers, which websites).

So, I thought we could help each other through this forum. If anybody need tips referring ther German real estate market, fell free to ask.

Simultaneously, I will be happy about any tip from anybody.

Welcome to the forum ralfelvin! Back in the day, I used to coach some tennis and spent a year working with juniors in your area. Had an apartment in Kelsterbach and worked with some kids primarily in Hochheim, Raunheim and Ruesselshem... used to take the S-14 to Frankfurt.
