Hello,

My name is Christy Woods and I have a small real estate brokerage company in Plano, TX. I've been in real estate in various capacities for the last 10 years, with an emphasis on REO.

I worked for an asset management company for several years that had contracts with HUD and other private financial institutions to Manage and Market their single family REOs across the nation. After completing the HUD contract, I started managing REO homes locally on my own. I like this better because I am still in the same business with similar contacts, but I don't have to travel.

Recently, I completed the e-Pro designation and it has re-energized me to get online more often. I look forward to getting to know everyone and enjoying some real estate discussions!
