Hi my name is Jonathan Manley. I have been in the real estate business for over 16 years. Right now I am part of a group of investors that buys approx. 500 homes a year. We buy at good prices so we can offer homes to end users at under value prices. We will do creative financing to get deals done. We are having good success right now in what may be considered by some as a down market.
It has been reported that my city St. Louis is considered the #5 city in the U.S.A. for home sellers. I am happy about that. But while that is a good statistic for us I am hoping that we continue to see sales increase throughout the year and into a new season come spring!
