Hi folks,

I've seen a few posts on the forum of agents looking for lists of phone numbers to cold call and I recall one person spamming a couple of posts.

Has anyone found an easy to use yet inexpensive source for searching phone numbers and addresses of expireds / FSBOs?

BTW: I know everyone is hitting the FSBOs and Expireds with Mike Ferry scripts. But, one night last week I called like 20 numbers and maybe talked to 10 or 12 people on a street that another agent in our office sold a home on. I had not 1 mean/rude objection. By all accounts these calls were "cold" but the people never felt like that. I used Ferry's scripts verbatim.

Matt - This is good anecdotal information. Thanks very much for sharing it. I have always been a little skeptical of using scripts, but those are good results, regardless of whether you list anything from this small sampling.

the list is free from the fed DNC website and their are many free scrubbing programs out their to use with the downloaded DNC list in CT 5 area codes are free and I just need 2.

I feel that cold calling is great because so many agents don't do it. Mailing is something I do but I also know that most agents mail things out. My problem is almost all the expired's are on the DNC list.
