When I search for one of my neighborhoods in Google:

quailwood prescott valley

My site does not appear in the first 10 pages, however when I add my name "Scott" I can see that it was cached by Google.

Also I noticed the PR for the link is null, is that significant?

Why are the subpages I worked on so hard to write last spring not ranking better?
