what do you think of Platinum1Host.com?

Hello, I think my message may have not gone through? I was asking if anyone has had experience with the web design company Platinum1Host.com? An agent in my office went with these guys and they seem pretty good, their prices are really cheap but I'm hoping thats not a bad thing. I'm considering signing up with them but I want to hear any feedback from others before I do. realtors.platinum1host.com

Hard to imagine you can get much service for hosting this cheap? I am always skeptical when I see that a vendor website has such low Google PR, means it's new, they haven't built any strength into it or a problem has occured with Google.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to find my post before. I thought it had been deleted.

Their hosting is $39.95 a month but it's free with the program they offer, or so she tells me but it seems valid because all you need is a sponsor, shes been with them for some months now.

That W3C markup validotor is interesting, though I also looked up ebay.com through it and they have 188 errors while platinum1host only has 66 ... so I'm not exactly sure how that affects anything.

Anyhow it would be nice to hear from anyone who has had direct service with them. I am counting down my choices to a few companies and platinum1host seems like the one I would most likely go with unless anyone else can recommend another good real estate designing/hosting company for under $80 start up?

*btw i assume google pr is "popular rank", how do u check this?

The difference is that eBay isn't a "Web Design" company selling "Web Design" services.

I did a check on this website itself and it says it has 21 errors, I've looked at other websites as well and they range from 40-100. Google has 48 and Yahoo! has a whopping 278. I'm sure with the money that Yahoo makes they hire superb designers, they are extremely popular nontheless so my conclusion is that html checker thing is really unimportant

Page Ranks on the other hand are important and I'd still like to know how do you go about checking where a website ranks on google or yahoo? ....that may be an interesting tool to play around with.
