I got a call from this company and they were trying to pitch me a couple of search terms that they could get my site on Page 1 of the Sponsored ads on Google for $50 month + $79.95 set up fee...no contract, no time frame..month to month. They say they are being hired by Google and Yahoo! to sell these search terms and they won't sell that search term to other agents. They also said that it's different than Adwords because it's not PPC, it's "unlimited clicks and unlimited searches" for the $50/month + 79.95 setup. Their website is realestate.netbiz DOT com If anyone has anyone dealt with them, I'd appreciate your feedback.

Any time you see something like this, ignore it. The terms they will get you placed for probably get searched very few times.
