Default My two cents

Well I thought I would put in some of my feedback for capturing more leads. Homegain has been great, even though I would like to be closer to the top of the search engines, Home gain has done pretty well while waiting to increase my search placement. The new feature they have is called Buyer Link. What will happen is whenever a buyer goes to homegain via google or yahoo and search in your area, you will be charged x amount and they will be redirected to your web site. I have found this to work a lot better than Ad words or Overture because if someone is looking on Homegain.com a web site devoted to Real Estate then you are receiving more qualified leads, than if someone where on Google and just wanted to Real Estate in Charleston.

So Check it out . Homegain.com - Buyer Link Program

I would love to hear other people suggestions.

Best Regards,
Samuel Lowder

Alright I will give you guys some more things I have been working on. I don't exactly know which direction I am going and I am more like a chicken running around with my head cut off. But I have been doing Link Exchange and have been using www.linkmarket.net. It is a free service unless you want to upgrade and request an unlimited number of request.

So there is some more two cents for you guys.

Again, I would love to hear what everyone else is doing. And if anyone would like to exchange links let me know.

Best Regards,

Samuel Lowder

Hi Samuel,
Your home page is 257k, and the link to links is at the bottom of that lot

Over the 5 months I have paid 800 dollars. So for 2 commission checks 800 dollars isn't too bad. It depends on your area. Some cities will be 35 cents per click and some will be 1 dollar. They have caps, and its similar to overture and all that except you can get some abuse with Google and Overture. Well maybe abuse isn't the right word, but if someone searches Charleston Real Estate on google, half those people are tire kickers and it is just wasting me money. But if they are in Homegain.com then they are probably pretty serious about finding a home. So more qualified clicks.
