I've looked at a ton of diff't SERPs, and it seems like realtor.com's local page is impossible to knock off #1 for "city realtor." Has anyone seen someone successfully knock them off for this keyword? Do you guys think it's possible?

I wouldn't worry. Most people don't know how to spell realtor.

Trying 'north augusta realtor' which I haven't optimized for, I show up #4. You could also show up in the local business results, which are over the organic SERPS.

In fact realtor.com isn't even on the front page for 'north augusta realtor', but they are #1 for 'augusta realtor'.

I haven't seen anyone successfully knock them off for this keyword, but by quickly analyzing search results for "Portland Realtor" I can say that it shouldn't be hard at all.

Ditto. Either me or my competitors have them beat out in my area.
