Greetings from the Mile Hi - Denver, Colorado
Hello everyone,
Just discovered this forum and I am delighted! What a terrific marketing/learning/networking idea. I lift my glass in a toast to the developer...You are Marvelous! Thank you! I am not new to the real estate business, been around for 20 years (this week). I developed my own website out of desperation in 1997 after moving to a new market area. My learning has been by trial and err(or), but it's been exciting and fun. Now that I've landed on this forum, I hope to be able to share and learn from those of like minds.

I'm always open to exchange links, as long as they are relevant and to good sites!
I see this forum seems to be concerned with PR. I find that interesting. My PR dropped by my positioning is excellent. Since then I have not be concerned with increasing PR, just maintaining positioning....by adding content. What's your take...do you disagree? Are you getting lots of leads?

In march we re-designed my website and started adding tons of backlinks (over 2000 counted in Google so far).
