I have a friend who is selling her house and it is a fixer upper. I want to rehab it but I need the funds for fixing it up and purchasing it. It would be a great buy if I could get it. Do anyone have or know of how to fund this property. I am trying to find hard money lenders but they are hard to come by. Help Me Please.

There are various different loans available for purchase and rehab from the FHA 203K through conventional loans and hard money. If the property is listed get yourself a knowledgeable buyer's agent to represent you in the Purchase. They could reccommend the lenders. It may help to post what city and state you are in, there may be folks on the forums from your area who could advise.
