Default ActiveRain FAST indexing

I posted about the Austin luxury real estate market today on AR and put a link to my Austin luxury page in the post. I checked allinanchor in G for the term Austin luxury real estate two hours later and the AR post had already been indexed. I was just amazed and thought I should share this with everyone.

yeah, Google is doing a much better job with their fresh content indexing, you will find a similar result with REW Blogs, and many other constantly updated social networking websites, blogs, and news sites etc.

On my onsite blog, I have seen alerts in as few as 10 minutes and indexing like you said with AR. Matt Cutts commented on it a few weeks ago on his blog. This is actually beneficial as a search engine in general as newswires and so forth can be as up to date online as they are on tv and radio fo breaking news stories and so forth. I think this is an overall advance for search engines as a whole...

I haven't seen google caching activerain that fast. I posted a couple articles this morning and went and checked and they are not cached yet (maybe later). Normally the articles I post on activerain are cached by the time I get into work the next business day. Which is on par with what some of the better article sites do.

AR has been indexing my info with 2 hours. On Tuesday and Wed. of this week my post were indexed with 1 hour. I'm sure key words had a little to do with it.

This is terrific information, Sam. Thanks very much for sharing it. By the way, what happened to your cool 1978 picture?

I posted my first 2 blogs on AR yesterday. The AR mods made one of them a featured post and Google indexed both of them within hours.

Pretty cool!

Ronnie - AR really is a lot of fun. I have made several good Realtor contacts there. Congrats on your featured post and indexing. Sam is right - I tried searching using some of my AR keywords - it is very effective and fast!

Did you get your new token yet? I was wondering if you took ABoR the shattered one in a bag.

Jason,
No, I didn't take it to ABoR. What's funny is they called me the next day and asked if me token was broken. I told them yes and that I would bring it back to get a new one.

ABoR said don't worry about it, they would just mail me a new one. I still have my bag of SafeToken ashes incase they need it back. I may just take it to them when I take my MLX course.
