Have a couple questions on using Quickbooks to track your R.E. Agent Business.

Does quickbooks offer a R.E. Agent template with suggested chart of accounts? I have searched and cannot find any.

Having used quickbooks in the past for another business I know that the setup is the "most important" part of the process. Can anyone recommend the best way to classify your broker, sellers, buyers? Who are the vendors and who are the customers, etc.?

I am now taking pre-licensing courses and want to be able to have the business accounting part somewhat "done" before I get licensed.

Most of the real estate targeted software I have seen deals more with lead tracking and follow up. You might try Microsoft accounting.
