My name is debbie orr and I'm a broker/associate from Seacrest Beach, Fl. I found this great site in a fit of desperation in the redesign of my website and think this forum is gonna be a resourse which I'll visit often. I haven't established a links page but that's next. I've been on SEO guys newsletter list forever but didn't know anything about this site for real estate sites. I just quit my 2nd job so am getting serious about the website. The redesign of course is to get rid of the frames, optimize, freshen etc.

The frame elimination isn't my problem. I'd like to set up predetermined searches similar to the edkirkland site but by area. I saved the searches and emailed myself the links only to find that they weren't refreshing and began to show pendings and expireds. I understand that the IDX offers such an option but I don't like the reports that solidearth displays. I'd instead like to display the ecar Customer Quickphoto report. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would be also be willing to pay for the solution to refreshing the data.
