According to Google tools:

The articles are syndicated (not even theirs apparently) but you really have to scroll down all the way to the bottom for the real interesting stuff. This site is ranking in the top 1-2 keywords in my market for the last several months.

It's a sorry excuse for a website that spams and gets agents to pay to be listed there.

I have seen agents pay (google "buckhead real estate", see #2 search result) and get very high rankings from their pages.

Very spammy!! Google charlotte real estate and check the #1 site. More directories than I've ever seen on a website. State recip pages, keyword stuffing to the max etc. Been in that #1 spot for a long time!

it looks like a news site which makes it somewhat irrelevant for those keywords but they've probably got alot of sites linking to them with those keywords as anchor text.
