Hi Eric,

Good pictures, I have renovated 5 homes 2 to the extent that you are showing. None of which my family lived in while the work was being done. Now we are slowly renovating a 1967 3700Sqft Colonial while we live in it. I have to say it really stinks to live here while the work is being done.

I am sure that your place will turn out great, looks like you are not living there, at least I hope you are not.
