What do you think of SuccessWebsites

Someone asked me about Successwebsite(dot)com. It is a real estate website endorsed by Craig Proctor. Is anyone using that type of a site? Any feedback on how effective it is in generating leads, placing in SEs?

High prices for a successful agent telling you his "tried and proven" techniques. I think you could find better ways to invest your money.

The content and layout of the Websuccess site is much different than a lot of others. Very oriented to getting direct responses. I wonder if that type of site would be more effective than those that are more oriented to selling the agent vs. various real estate related products..........

I wont even take clients if they are on successwebsites, reason being their code is gross and the CMS backend is terrible. If someone comes to me and wants me to do SEO for them I tell them they must lose the successwebsite or I wont take their contract.

I do not recall ever seeing a SuccessWebsite at the top of the SERPs.

Thanks, webmaster, and Jeffrey - that's a good point. I don't remember seeing one anywhere, actually. Guess we can draw our own conclusions, huh?

Anyone have a different opinion??

I wasnt commenting on Craig Proctor, I dont know of him, but he could certainly do with a new web provider if he wants to rank in search engines and have decent unique content on his site

His system/the site isn't based on getting good SE results. They tell you that you should send thousands of post cards every month to drive traffic to your site and/or use PPC.

Went to his convention last year and it was a HUGE waste of time and money. 80% of it was a sales pitch and the other 20% was very suface level stuff that you can get for free by talking with any broker or experienced agent. Heck you can get way more for free at any local Keller Williams office as they open most of their training to anyone not just KW agents.
