My second search term isn't climbing in rank
Website: NutshellRealty.com
I had REW do some content writing, linking and other SEO work based on two keyword terms. First being "Ulster County Real Estate" which is currently ranking number 1 (thanks for that). My second term was "Hudson Valley Real Estate" which is our outer lying area. For some reason, I can't get ranked above the second page in google. Knowing my market the way I do, I am pretty sure the competition for both of these terms are identical. The work I had done to get positioned for these terms, I assume, is identical. If you want, we can concentrate on "Hudson Valley Real Estate" keywords rather than "Ulster County Real Estate".
That would give you a boost for sure.

How long have you been working on the two terms? Are the majority of the links pointing to your first key work?

First term for about a year. I am not sure about the linking, I thought maybe they would do equal work on both terms.

I changed your info for the linking. Put more weight on Hudson Valley Real Estate.
Do you want the article submissions team to switch your keywords as well?
